Refund Policy

1. What’s Covered

All Leanova digital products are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• The Transformation Bundle / TSS ($147) — covered by guarantee
• The Leanova Masterclass ($97 standalone) — covered by guarantee
• The Leanova Method™ Blueprint ($67) — NOT covered by 30-day guarantee (entry tier exclusion)
• The 14-Day Challenge Workbook ($37 standalone) — case-by-case
• Any other digital product sold via start.leanova.pro

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
• You must have practiced the system in good faith (we don’t issue refunds for purchases that were never opened or attempted)
• You must email your request from the same email address used to purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request”
2. Include the email address used for the purchase
3. (Optional but helpful) A brief note describing what you tried and what didn’t work — this helps us improve the program for future Warriors

You may also contact Hotmart directly via the receipt email you received at the time of purchase. Hotmart is our Merchant of Record and can process refunds on our behalf.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed by Hotmart within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. After a Refund

After a refund is processed:

• Your access to the digital content (Blueprint PDF, Masterclass videos, member area) will be revoked
• You will be unsubscribed from the 30-Day Email Coaching sequence
• Your access to the Premium Warriors Channel will be removed
• We may keep your email on a “refunded” list to prevent re-purchase abuse

6. Exceptions

The following are NOT eligible for refund:

• Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
• Purchases made under a different account where you cannot verify ownership
• Requests for products you did not purchase (e.g., bundles purchased by someone else)
• Fraudulent or abusive refund patterns (e.g., serial refunders, identity mismatch)
