Leanova is a digital health and wellness education brand focused on metabolic switch activation, natural fat burn, and intermittent fasting methodology. All our services are fully digital — there are no in-person consultations. Owner and founder: Andri Handriansyah, based in Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia.
All products are digital content delivered via email, member area, and/or the Premium Warriors Channel (Telegram). No physical products are shipped.
Purchases are processed through Hotmart, our authorized Merchant of Record. Hotmart handles all payments, billing, sales tax / VAT collection and remittance, customer billing inquiries, and refund processing on our behalf. Payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods where supported by Hotmart.
After successful payment, you will receive product access via email within 5–30 minutes. If you don’t receive access within an hour, contact [email protected].
Refunds are processed by Hotmart within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. See our full Refund Policy for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leanova’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (loss of income, emotional impact, lost profits, etc.).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion; if not resolved, it will be submitted to the District Court of Bandung. For Hotmart-related billing disputes, Hotmart’s own Terms of Service may also apply.
